Building confidence, discipline, and skills from a young age to set them up for success in the future.

These classes will be centered around strong fundamentals and developing an understanding for martial arts

training/culture whilst developing a thorough understanding of Muay Thai techniques and their applications in a safe

manner. This will pave the way for a smooth transition into adult classes and even competition should this be of interest.

 

Boxing gloves are required to participate in these classes.
