As the first point of contact at Strike Studio, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone with a friendly, approachable nature, strong initiative and a genuine care for people. Passion for Muay Thai, or an interest in learning
will help you thrive in this community-driven role.
This is more than just a reception job. You’ll be involved in sales, marketing, admin, cleaning, operations and gym maintenance, helping to keep the space running smoothly and contributing to the positive vibe Strike is known for.

Rate per hour after training period of 1 month:

20 years of age and older: $23.46

Probationary Period
Upon a successful trial, you will enter a 3-month probationary period to confirm you are a suitable fit for the role.
Trial Period
If your application is approved, you will need to undergo a paid trial for one week before confirming your success in the position.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in enquiries and trial members

Provide a warm welcome to all members

Handle emails, enquiries and follow-ups promptly

Explain membership options clearly
-
Manage bookings, payments and attendance via Clubworx
-
Maintain cleanliness of gym and recovery area
-
Support trials and members on their journey and show the value of training with Strike Studio
-
Conduct stock counts and restock retail/fridge
-
Post engaging content on social media stories
-
Organise merchandise pre-orders and sell tickets for fight shows
-
Assist with event planning and execution
-
Use Square, Canva, and Excel for admin, sales and design tasks
-
Complete ad hoc tasks as required

Minimum education: Year 12 or equivalent experience. Due to the advanced written communication and independent decision-making in a safety-critical environment
